SMS Communications

CCM RPM Services sends SMS messages only to users who provide consent.

CCM RPM Services separates informational/transactional SMS consent from marketing/promotional SMS consent.

Informational and transactional SMS messages may include inquiry responses, consultation follow-up, enrollment follow-up, appointment reminders, care coordination messages, CCM/RPM program updates, billing or service follow-up, account notifications, and support messages.

Marketing and promotional SMS messages may include service announcements, program awareness messages, newsletters, marketing updates, and promotional information. Marketing/promotional SMS consent is collected separately through the dedicated Marketing SMS Opt-In page. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to receive informational messages, consultations, enrollment assistance, services, or to do business with CCM RPM Services.

No mobile information, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in consent, or text messaging consent data will be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed only to service providers strictly necessary to operate the messaging program, such as AWS End User Messaging, and only to the extent necessary to deliver messages requested by the user.

Users may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, users may reply HELP or contact support@ccmrpmservices.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Information Sharing
